The store is not 24 hours. It closes at midnight. I walked in a little before midnight and was told to hurry up because they were about to close. Prior to that they began turning off the lights on me! This was the absolute rudest! I didn't even want to make my purchase. The address is 8146 Mt Vernon Hwy. I never in my life got treated like this at a 7 eleven!

Management removed the only working hand sanitizer. They have 3 non working hand sanitizer stations available. One has been broken for over 6 months. The only working one was removed a few days ago. On that day I asked where it went and an associate pointed to 3 hand sanitizer stations and not one of them worked. I’ve asked daily for them to bring back the only working hand sanitizer and no adjustment has been made. The fact that the credit card machine is touch is enough reason for 711 to have a need to provide hand sanitizer. If this review is deleted or edited to a higher rating then they have replaced and/ fixed to provide hand sanitizer to customers who must touch money or the credit card machine.

This store is NOT open 24 hours as stated on their website-it closes at midnight. Also the address is wrong. It should be 8146 Mount Vernon Hwy. - not OLD Mt. Vernon Hwy. It's a convenience store. The manager is a nice lady. Some of the cashiers seem unfriendly and even hostile at times-don't know if it's a cultural/ethnic thing.

I went to this store on May 23 early morning, two guys were running the store so I bought my coffee and the taste of it it was horrible, i ask if I can use their restroom bc I had an emergency one of the employees said I'm going to use the restroom and it takes a long time to be available for you. I wouldn't ask to use restroom if I didn't have to, it was an emergency but these employee didn't not have any sense of humor and I felt so sorry for him and the store owner, I won't go there no more!!!!!
