I ordered a coffee, and it took 15 minutes, then I asked if they had coffee or not. Finally I got it. They just took the order and did their own business without paying attention that I was there!!!!!!!

I do not recommend this place because whenever I’m there they have almost none of the donuts I am asking for and are always running out of things

I came here and the staff member acted like I was bothering her it took forever to make my 2 drinks and she didn't put suger in my coffee or even whipped cream and chocolate drizzle on my frozen chocolate!

I ordered donuts from this location using door dash. They gave me not only old but also different donuts. when I tried contacting the store no one picked up. Absolutely horrible service.

The staff here is awful, customer service is really bad at this location, they put my food on their end when I order instead of the basket, nor do they call my order number, then get mad when I ask is this mine.

Fernando deserves a raise, he does the work of two to three employees and has to deal with rude and impatient customers. He is the glue that holds this location together. I order through the app and my orders are usually on time and accurate
