Mi Tierra Mercado Latino

My order was not complete . Not the first time , but will be last time since I won’t order no more here. I called that my items were missing in a delivery order and they told me if I can go and pick up to the place when they already charged me and the delivery fee has been charged . The other times this has happened I have understand they have refunded. This time the person that I spoke didn’t have any idea about what todo they were on a kind of panic but to tell me if I can go and pick up. Good food but they are not good on delivering they are not set correctly to handle the deliveries correctly.

I'll give them 3 stars because food is ok. People need to be trained about customer service. They are so rude, if you don't like working as a cashier you shouldn't be working as one. I can see the answers from the owner, very poor. You should take a good care of your customers, don't forget because of us you have this business.

This place never disappoints. We have been coming to this place for the past 5 years and food has always been on point delicious. Love love the diversity of different dishes from Central America. Pupusas/ carne asada and mexican tacos are go to. They are always busy but they manage to get the food ready on time. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a taste of central america food.

Had a great experience at Mi Tierra Deli. The food is delicious and the taste is superb, im picky when it comes to Bistec encebollado(steak and onions) perfect amount of salt, great seasoning good portion for the money and the prices are very fair. The great thing about this deli is that it is also a grocery store so if you need to pick something up for the home cleaning supplies, rice , masa for tortillas this place has it all. The staff are always smiling and very nice. I will definitely be coming here for lunch more often, thank you Mi tierra for the hospitality 😎👍
