7-eleven

Decided to stop here to get a fresh iced coffee before heading to my next Job, went inside and to much of my surprise the machine is empty, looks for a cashier, the first one I find is cleaning the grill at 10pm so no food available of course but then he doesn't speak English and he can't understand it either so he looks at me dumb founded as if I was an alien. Slowly trying to explain to hom he just stands there scrubbing the grill and not even moving to see what I was talking about. Finally another employee emerges from the back doing who knows what back there but I explain to him machine is empty and if he could full it up please, he doesn't move an inch and instantly says sorry we are out of coffee !! Like what ! You didn't even go look so thanks for that, he didn't care enough to cause I mean why bother helping a customer, he jaut decided to sit down and forget the customer, he was rude and could care less about anyone but himself, as if he didn't want to work there. Store was a mess to begin with, counter dirty, trash all filled, I just left without the coffee and found somewhere more then willing to help a paying customer, this place has gone way downhill !! Step up your game 7 eleven.

Again an employee not concerned with people, didn't let me type in my number for rewards then walked away in the middle of a transaction to help someone else. I was in a hurry, and late to work because of my wait for this cashier. On top of that this employee never wore a mask during the mandate, and is constantly wiping his nose and the touching the top nozzle of my child drink bottles purchased here. Another 711 i will have to avoid. It is too bad the owner is great, this guy is very much not.

Apparently not open 24 hours a day. I showed up at around 320am on 12/22 (as I have done before) and the door was locked! First time this has happened. And the guy behind the counter just looked at me not doing anything and shook his head. I did look at the floor in front of me and there were stuff just sitting there near the front door. It was a puzzling morning

Just had the craving for a Slurpie. Didn't wanna go to the 7-Eleven on Richmond Highway because I know it's usually packed, so went to this one instead since both are local. And, I'm not sure why it has bad reviews? It was clean, and all the flavors were working. The employee there on his own late night even took the trash out right after I left since I was the only customer. It's a nice 7-Eleven when you don't want a super crowd!
