Applebee's

Very disapointed. Got water, no ice and the water was very warm. Other restaurants it's cold, meaning it came from the soda machine. So guessing this water came from the tap. The brown paper napkins were very rough and stiff. So cheap quality. Got the chicken tenders and fries. How can you go wrong with that? Tenders were pretty tough. Almost like they were not fresh. I guess the batter is just thick, giving that harder feel when biting. Fries looked almost plain. Where's the seasoning? Incredibly disapointing. Very little if any. Like the cook was in a rush. Some of my wife's salad was wilted, and not much sympathy nor apology from the waitress. We won't go back.

Had dinner here tonight! Our food was fresh & hot. We ordered the 2 meal deal, 2 salads & cheeseburgers & fries! What a great value. Our server was outstanding, we didn’t even have to tell her we need a drink refill and she was right there if we needed anything even though the restaurant was super busy. I highly recommend this location!

My wife and I waited for 10 minutes to get seated, there was no hosted present. We walked in and sat at a table around the bar, only to be ignored even further. A waitress walked right past up, and grabbed dishes from the table next to us. A black bartender with braids walked right past us, as well as a tall Asian women. I do not know their names. We were ignored the entire team and the bartender, and older whit waitress started speaking loudly about you have to wait upfront to be seated. They repeated this twice to each other, because they were talking indirectly to us, without even acknowledging us. We were not the only ones to walk out frustrated. I will not spend my money where I am not appreciated. Someone could have said, can you go back and let the hostess eat you, and found a hostess. Instead we were ignored. I will not be returning back to thus establishment

Tbh I don’t know where to start, since I don’t have never give a review before. But it was the most terrible service I ever have got in a restaurant. I have never felt so humiliated in my life for the way my family and I was taken care of while being in this restaurant. First we got sit at the corner and waited a while to get a service, not because it was signed to our table. It was because my sister asked to a server for a service because they just seemed to ignore us since there were people being served around us. Then, we ordered our drinks, appetizers, and meals with her, she came with our drinks and she didn’t come back to ask if we’d like any refills or bring our appetizers, after almost 20 mins my sister again asked for our appetizer to the manager and the hostess brought them out and they were cold. And after that, waited almost other half a hour just to get our food. It was ridiculous, we all saw other tables around us being served quicker than us. It was something I’d never believe that would’ve happen to us. It just felt like no one really wanted to serve us, seems like being white was a priority to have a service at some point. I would really give them zero stars if I could. Don’t Waste Your Time In This Location!!

Dinner and service was normal. The kitchen put way too much sauce on Fiesta Chicken & Lime and it wasn't hot enough. Then my friends dinner was supposed to come with onion rings instead of fries, however they took care of that right away. My son's cheeseburger order was all messed up. Since he was being a pain at dinner anyways I didn't have anything to say about it. Except to tell my son to eat and be happy that he was being fed! 😊 Everyone has hard days but this dinner had it's up and downs.
