Chipotle Mexican Grill

Pick up order delays. Tables and floors are very dirty. Very unkind staffs. Waited over 25mins for my to go pick up order but nothing came out. No one helped me while I was asking three different people who work there. A lady told me to complain and cancel on the app and chipotle.com. I still ordered my food in person since I did not have time to go find somewhere else. I like chipotle food but this store suck. Very rude. Poorly managed.

I'll never come back to this location. I came here and there were a few people before and after me. For some reason my bowl was very skinny. I was also the only Af/Am but whatever. It was so bad I had to stop the line and ask the Caucasian couple behind me did they get anything extra to which they replied no. So I told the guy make my bowl how you're making theirs. If neither one of us are getting extra why does my bowl look skimpy and theirs is a normal size. I didn't make a scene but boy did I want to. I will never come back.

I only come here because it’s close to my job but from the cashiers to the manager. The women here provide horrible customer service. First issue I had regarding a double order I payed for is still left unresolved. No one from management has contacted me. 2nd time I did a pick up order and it wasn’t ready on time. The Spanish ladies here will ignore you. They are so rude!!

Staff is pretty rude. Rice is usually undercooked and unbareably salty. The ingredients are pretty mixed up so expect to see a lot of mystery ingredients mixed in your bowl or burrito that you don’t want. Highly recommend you choose another location for chipotle. King street and the crystal city locations are much much better
