Tgi Fridays

Food wasn’t hot when it came out. Food was warm. The plate was dirty. Water glass was dirty, it had particles floating and inside the wall of the glass. The glass of water had food on the outside of the glass. When I told the waitress, she took the glass and threw the cup in the sink. Waitress was rude. I will not be returning to this location.

I had the worst time ever. The waiter came 20 mins after we were seated only to sit down himself to take our order. The food and drinks were slow to come out, the waiter never came to check on us, nor offer any desserts. It was if he was only there to get a paycheck. The front of the house mgr didn't walk around checking in on people either. Considering the restaurant was not busy at all and you were short staffed in the kitchen. Which we didn't find out until we were leaving. I will never go there again.

Came in on a Friday later in the evening after dinner rush. Not very crowded, lots of open tables, no wait to be seated. Hostess sat us near other patrons. 20 minutes in we decided to leave, as no server ever addressed us after we sat down. Didn't even acknowledge us. As we were leaving, we noticed the Hostess and a few other servers just chit-chatting amongst themselves. We let them know our table was free as no one actually came to take any orders from us. Not sure if there was an underlying staffing issue or seating confusion, but with as slow of a night as it was and the serving staff just hanging out at the podium, 20 minutes without even being acknowledged seemed a bit much. Fortunately there are other restaurants nearby to choose from.

This place was so HORRIBLE!!!! I gave it one star because the bartender was really Nice and he felt badly about how the food came out. The kitchen kept messing up people's orders. Customers that arrived 15-20 minutes after us was served before us! They brought out my husband order first, I had to wait 35 minutes for mine to come and we ordered the same thing. He asked for cheese on his order they took the plate and he didn't get it back until 20 mins later. Ridiculous!!! It was so bad that customers we didn't know saw us in the parking lot afterwards and we all were out there talking about how bad of an experience it was. They took so long with my food, I had to share my husband's because I was so hungry. I didn't get a chance to eat mine there I had to take it to go, because at that point I was extremely irritated.
