Cold Stone Creamery

The ice creams were delicious and the girl was great and nice. One thing I disliked is the fact that they don’t give you samples. Come on! Is an ice cream shop…. It’s like going to buy a perfume without smell it first? So, lucky is that we know all flavors already and we have our favorites but for a new customer or somebody trying a new thing is not good at all, I would walk out of an ice cream shop if I can’t taste something o don’t know how it tastes. COVID? Please… old excuse for no giving samples. They are other ways to be safe.

I literally just watched a female employee (black hair in a ponytail with white crocs on @ 8:15ish on 4/5/22) take a napkin and wipe off the bottom of her croc with gloves on, and then continue to go back to making ice cream orders with the same exact gloves on. She was crumbling up cookies and everything with those same gloves on. Duh, of course I left and ordered nothing because I was going to order my 3 year old ice cream. I work in the medical field and don’t play about cross contamination or common sense!!!

This location is semi okay when I grocery shop. Although I must commute wayyy down the street they do have great ice cream. The only thing that I didn't like was I ordered a Gotta Have it with Butter Pecan ice cream with pecans added in. Apparently the person ahead of me had coffee ice cream and my ice cream tasted just like Butter Pecan and coffee mixed. The WORST thing ever. My stomach was in knots....

Just a wonderful experience, I had a server who made my order just right, I never bothered to ask for her name (She has glasses), but I noticed she works well under pressure as it was busy, I look forward to getting more ice cream from this location the ice cream was phenomenal, I will make sure to ask for her name next time as she made my cold stone experience wonderful. Whoever hired the girl did a GREAT job!

I’m reading the other reviews and I’m not seeing what the other reviewers see. This place is so dirty I think that the ice cream tasted as dirty as the bathroom by proxy alone. How is cookie dough supposed to be spicy? My friend accidentally dropped her ice cream and the “friendly staff” said they were going to top it off for her after ignoring her for a solid minute. When she got her ice cream there was the same amount, just in a larger cup. And there was hair in it, which circles back cleanliness issue. Why does it take such a conversation to just get a darn receipt? I’m glad my cold stone at home isn’t as bad as this place.
