Nice, clean, quick and hot coffee. Not as crowded as the one on Dam Square. Disappointed a tad to not see the wallpaper of where the coffee comes from. I’ve seen that wallpaper all over the world, but was missing here. That’s okay. I’ll look for it at the next one.

The service here was absolutely impeccable! The supervisor Emad is very kind and all of the workers are ready to assist you and go above and beyond. I appreciate the help of Lexi, as well. Overall, my experience here was positive
I was sitting in my chair minding my business and one of the staff members came and kicked my chair several times and started to yell. Then two other customers got involved in the situation when i was just trying to explain that she didn't have to kick my chair.The whole experience was a mess.
The latte was great but it took 20 minutes and some others in line said they were waiting longer. I’ve never seen baristas move so slowly. It was a real bummer.
They spent 5 minutes counting change for a person to give them dollars in exchange (might have been $23 in loose change put in piles all over the counter) who didn’t even end up ordering anything. Meanwhile a couple of people stood in line.
I ordered a double shot espresso on ice with oat milk and I got this. I don't know what fills up the rest of the cup normally but this is not what I've ever gotten at any another Starbuck's. I should've argued it but I was on a time crunch.
2 days in row I ordered espresso drink which turned out very weak. When came back for remake, the remake was weak. Staff said machine not working properly and had put in numerous tickets on it but no repair visit yet. . .
