Jerry's Subs & Pizza

The manager is RUDE; I'm disgusted! I ordered my items around 10am and they said they would delivery it around 11am because that is when they start delivering food and I am across the street so it would not be too long after 11am; I am not supposed to leave my desk for long periods which is why i asked for delivery. I gave them my address in English and Spanish to ensure they got it correctly and the female on the phone even repeated it back to me correctly. Around noon I call because i have yet to receive my food. The female said she didn't know why i didn't get it because the lady left at 11am; then she tried to say that the delivery person tried to call me but i didn't answer. I called her on her lie because i had not moved from my desk since i ordered the food just so that i wouldn't miss them. She then said sorry and she would call the delivery person. It turns out the delivery person (an Asian woman who also happened to be the manager/owner) had written or received the wrong phone number and building number. I gave her the correct one and headed downstairs because she said she was on her way. I get downstairs (only 6 floors in my building so it wasn't long) only to see the delivery person pull up then drive right off. Even the security guard in front of the building saw it and shook his head. He said she didn't even try to come in or anything; we both saw it. I walk over there (though I wasn't supposed to be gone) and ask to speak with the manager. With an attitude the Asian lady says "Yes! Yes, that's me!". I tell her i have a complaint because my food was not delivered, i waited over 1 hour and even before i finished, she started yelling at me. I couldn't believe it so i told her she was rude and i was going to report her. She said she didn't care and proceeded to yell at me in front of other customers as i walked away as if it was my fault that the staff had given her or that she had written the wrong address and phone number. I will NEVER order from them again and my coworkers that witnessed it will no longer order from there either. Disgusting the way she treated me for her own errors. I reported them to the BBB.

This place a Horrible!! Do NOT give them any business. It deserves no starts. The Manager/Owner/Asian lady named Eun Young is RUDE, RUDE, RUDE and did I mention RUDE!! I ordered a large pizza and a large coke. The RUDE ASIAN LADY rang me up and asked me if I was sharing the coke with my family and if so I need to pay for refills right there and then…when I looked at her puzzled, she has the nerve to say, “well it’s better for you to just get water” and then puts the soda cup away and pulls out the water cup. She does not even give me a second to respond. DID I SAY I WAS SHARIGING MY COKE WITH ANYONE? DID I EVEN SAY I WAS NOT GOING TO PAY FOR A REFILLS IF I NEEDED ONE? What gives her the right to say, I should just order water? When I voiced my opinion about her comment, she goes on to say “ok you can just leave, you do not need to order anything”. This lady is out of her mind!!! I told her that I would report her for horrible customer service, and she said she did not care and that she would say that I, the customer was crazy. I have never had to deal with such a rude and obnoxious store owner in a restaurant industry. EUN YOUNG the store owner gives a bad reputation to Jerry’s Subs & Pizza and needs to be banned and her Franchise license needs to be revoked for the sake of the brand. I will report her to higher authority. Reading other customer comments I’m seeing one thing in common. The Manager/Owner/Asian lady at this store is RUDE!!

If I could I would not give them any stars. I just called there to place in an order and whoever answered the phone was rude and said that they didn't deliver after a certain time and hung up on me. I haven't been there in awhile and the owner was very nice to my mother and I, but that was a long time ago. Sorry to say but her business has gone down.
