Overall Great experience. The food was good. Love bowls of food. It tasted good. Flavor combinations were on point. U can go extra healthy and skip the carbs in ur bowl and just get greens and proteins. Or u can get a dished made for you by them. They had some unique drinks for you to try. Definitely will come back again if just need a quick bite thats healthy and tasty. Came back again and as always cava is awesome. Great healthy meal option with lots of customization. I try different signature dishes when I go and they always good.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! first of all, the staff is amazing! we arrived about 25min prior to opening ans the manager welcomed us in happily.. it was our first time and he took his time explaining everything to us. after we sat down, Angel, the manager noticed my son wasn’t really enjoying his meal, he went above and beyond to change that! 10/10 recommend!! everything was fantastic

Don't get me wrong. I LOVE Cava. I used to come to this place a lot, like almost everyday since it is nearby. Food was good. But what happened with all the employees being new? Like they don't know what they are doing. Worse is, they barely put ingredients in the bowl now as if it comes out of their payroll. As I said, I used to go to this place a lot and I always get the same order. I was used to getting larger portions (because I add lots of extras) that the bowl is really full. With these new employees, the bowl is barely half full. I made a comment one time saying, you must be kidding when the employee put like 5 pieces of chips when I asked for that. He just smiled. Seriously, for the price, it used to be worth it. Now, I don't think the almost $20 I pay for half bowl is worth it. I hope management talks to its new employees to be a little more generous in the portions because, to be honest, Cava is a little pricey.

...so, so many duplicators. Hell, Cava may or may not be the originator but they are the best at this "fast casual Mediterranean customizable bowl" thing. Ingredients: fresher, local, better. Service: efficient, friendly, excellent. Location: not near me or the places I typically go, unfortunately 🙁. I can easily get trash-bowls from other franchise imitators, but it's not the same. They don't even come close. Don't waste your time going to those other Mediterranean bowl places. Cava is where you want to be.
