Mcdonald's

Not gonna comment on food but this is one of most unprofessional and strange McDonald's locations out there. A guy from the staff went in and didn't come out of the Washroom for more than 45 minutes. People we're waiting in line and he kept on saying "1 Minute" "10 Minutes", etc. People left, including me, and he never came out. I even knocked on the inner door multiple times. Never dining here again. Period. And the low ratings they have is quite justified. Just stay away, and please read other comments as well. Adios.

The worst place to eat. I came with my 3 kids to have a peaceful kids meal. But this place is not CLEAN and also has homeless people everywhere inside the restaurant. I took my daughter to use the bathroom and people were inside the bathrooms smoking weed. Please don't visit this restaurant you can put you family in danger.

This morning, I visited Mc Donald's at this location around 7:20 am. I ordered a large coke for my son, but they gave me a medium coke at the window. When I asked, the lady at the window said it was a large coke, but then the manager got involved and changed it to a larger cup. The girl at the window was insulting and would not use any word, and asked me to return the medium cup with only a hand gesture. She then slammed the window in my face and refused to answer my question. She filled out the larger cup with ice and dumped the smaller cup to the large cup. Then, the manager came with a ruder than the person at the window. She asked me, " what is your problem now" and slammed the window again. I found this behavior vulgar and unprofessional and it is not the only time it has happened to me at this location. I have to tell them that this location is much cleaner than other locations closer to me, and that is why I repeatedly take my kids there. I hope someone reads this and works on the customer relation at this location.

Ordered nuggets for my daughter and there's burnt stuff on a non classic Mcdonalds chicken nugget , I ordered deluxe crispy sandwich and they tossed 1 pound of mayo 🙃 this is nasty , tbh the morning crew is alright but the night needs to be fired and replaced with all new staff they're literally selling health hazards SMH yall should be ashamed

The lady at the front desk couldn’t be more disrespectful to me. I’m an Uber Driver and wanted to pick up an online order. She kept me for 10 minutes before yelling at me that they never received the order. When I asked who the manager is she never responded. She literally ruined my day. Just because I’m poor doesn’t mean I deserve such an unprofessional and quite racist behavior

Ordered a simple ice cream cone which contained pieces of paper in the bottom of the,cone. The manager had the gall to ask me,(where did this come from?),like I had made it! That's why I get feed-up with mc Donald's! And to the Van management, Jim your mom didn't run the business like this in the early years! Remember chantilly Centerville Mazda gallery, you demanded quality and professional service, what happened to that standard, we even have given up on English as a way of communicating!
