The worst Starbucks I have been to!!😡😡. I ordered an iced green tea latte blending with ice on top and a bit of whip cream. I end up with a green tea frap! I want my order correctly but they insist not to make the one that I have ordered. Also, arguing with me which is very bad customer service. Our drinks take over 20 mins. My boyfriend and I will never come back to this Starback again! 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Been going to this Starbucks for couple years now and they manage with what they can, yes there have been times when the order has taken somewhat longer than expected however staff always seems to be trying their best. There’s other locations where staff don’t show an ounce of effort despite long lines. I’ve seen people come in and complain that their mobile orders aren’t ready and when asked how long ago they ordered it was only about two minutes. This of course followed by their threats to leave bad reviews. Be real people, realize that there are peak hours in coffee shops so plan accordingly. I work nearby and place my order before leaving which is about an 8 minute drive. Very rare for my order which includes multiple drinks and food items is wrong or late. Thank you Starbucks staff for your hard work!

Large Starbucks with ample free parking and plenty of seating. It has more of a cafeteria feel, but there is plenty of room to spread out and get work done. Lots of mobile orders are processed here and that is the quickest way in and out. The service is middle of the road, nothing of note good or bad, just doing their job which is appreciated. They do keep things moving and I’ve never seen much of a line here. If you want Starbucks, this is a good option. Mobile order if you want out quick, or if you want to grab your coffee and get straight to work.

20 minutes for a roast coffee before noon. The 4 of us ate our breakfast and hadn’t gotten our coffee. One of us got our coffee and the other three just twiddled our thumbs waiting for over 10 minutes for them to call our name. Nothing. And they looked at me like I was crazy when I asked where my drinks were. Starbucks is really beginning to go down the tubes. Everywhere we’ve stopped on this trip has had problems.

I ordered a pink drink with light ice and an extra scoop of strawberries using the app. I picked my drink up from Starbucks and headed on my 30 minute drive. I started sipping my drink and saw nothing but ice. I looked at the drink and saw that they had not followed directions so I immediately called the store. I told the lady what happened and she said the next time you come in remind us so that we don't make this mistake again. Second issue with this store. I'll just go further to the next store.
