Really bad service and food! I ordered some wings and boneless but I think they send me the whole fryer with the food! I called the restaurant and the guy who I was speaking to he was really rude telling me to complain to slice who was a really good service because they only delivered my food, not cook the food! I’m really upset about the treatment this guy gave us!

I would give this place no stars. My friend from El Salvador eats at this place often and recommended it to me. She was over and ordered delivery. The delivery driver showed up and she tipped him a couple of dollars. I was at my carport considering I was watching my dogs and I saw him throw her money back at her. I asked what was going on? She told me he said “the tip was not enough“ and threw it out the window at her. I called the Alexandria location and told them wait happened. They were indifferent and I explained everyone is having a hard but that did not excuse his obnoxious behavior. Then I asked if the manager could call me back and left my number but no response 3 days later. A tip is an option and everyone needs to understand the industry they are in. Sometimes you get great tips, ok tips and low tips. No one makes you enter into this industry and that is why it is called gratuity!

I ordered here maybe twice and the second time i ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal with no pickles and i waited so long for them to give me my order, i only had a 30 min lunch break and when i was eating the food, the bread had green mold on it. i was so mad i went back to them and demanded my refund. the day after i got food poisoning. never coming here again.

I had a really bad experience with this pizza place, at the beginning I order a large pizza for delivery which was an hour late with the time it was supposed to be delivered, and later that day I called to order a large chicken alfredo pizza for pick up, which we picked up, and I was kind of disappointed becasue the pizza was cold and to make the matter worse, I found a big gross hair on the slices which I was chewing, I was so gross I almost throw up I don't recommend this place to anybody this was my first time ordering from there and this is going to be my lasts

i placed my order two large pizza 4:53 pm and put my pick up time at 6:15 pm.. I arrive 15 min early to get my order. I check the pizza tracker and my order is in process. I’ve waited in the car until my order is done. After 15 min tracker says my order is ready. I get my order and bring it home. My house is only 3 to 5 min away from the shop. When we eat the pizza I notice that the pizza is cold and it looks like it was already baked 1 1/2 hour ago or more. This will be my first and last order in this place.

Ordered delivery from this place twice. First time the person was over a half hour late. The second time they flat out said my address is not in their dilivery area. They called and said to cancel it on their website. They didn't even have that option there. Had to drive all the way there to get the food so I wouldn't waste my money.
