Buffalo Wild Wings

Came here for the UFC fight…. Just disappointed at what appeared to be a lack of integrity by the server and manager. Ordered a regular beverage, they brought me a tall. Spouse confirmed I ordered a regular, the server confirmed but appeared to play it off "oh she must have poured a tall for you." Come bill time.... They charged me for a tall. Reminded the server I asked for a regular to begin with. BTW 50% of my drink was left (picture below of how I left it). Manager comes out and tells me that I drank it, so he can't do anything. Then as I reminded him of the scenario that played our earlier, tells me the most he can do is give me 10% off. Shady business practice. Watch your tab like a hawk and force them to correct their mistakes. Don't assume they'll do the right thing.

I ordered my dinner and paid online. I get to the pick up time 6:20 pm, today. The team member at the pick up desk was not aware of my order. Apparently no one was when she showed my ticket to the crew that brings the food up front. I was cool about it when I waited back into my car. The team member said, "yes you can wait on your car. Just come back in 10 minutes". I went back inside 10 minutes later to get my order. On my way out I placed my order down to bench at check in, to look at my order was correct. My fries were cold and stale. I'm a manager, I hire people who NEED their job, because they perform best at work. My decision when I saw my fried was to leave this review and never come back. Customers keep good service going on. This place does not deserve my money/time.

Downgrading again to 2 stars bases on average experience over multiple visits. Generally, prepaid pickup orders are late and sometimes cold. It has been 20 min past pickup time and they're moderately busy, and still waiting. They don't give any status. I know theres a labor shortage and there are other customers but this is very consistent and they hand the food as if nothing is wrong. The pickup time is based on the internet order, so that needs to be changed to accurately reflect order readiness times. It's not like the orders are late 10 min after ordering, but like 30. So 30+20 at this point is super late. Ordered takeout at around 700pm, estimated pickup time was 730pm. I arrived at 730 and was told the order was not ready. I waited 20 min as people came and went and decided to ask again. The associate went over to the box that holds pickup orders and picked my food. Given that the food was just shy of being 'warm', I'd say it was actually done at 730. For whatever reason, all the carrots and celery also came in multiple individual bags (8 bags total). Not sure if this is for splitting with multiple people, but it's notably wasteful. The fries taste like they're significantly old (a bit stale and room temperature). Otherwise, the menu is the same as any chain and the product tastes good. Price is ehh.

First time here and very disappointed. We order some wing and they were dry. Like if it was cook and put a side and bump in frier to warm them up. We are 6 at the table. And our food came 1 at the time. So first my youngest then10 minute later my oldest. Me my mother in law then 5 minute later again my husband. When we finish and paid, the table was still fool with our plate.my husband was finishing his drink. Never once the waiter came to check on us. To see if we need more drink or more. Now I understand the crazy time we live in , but there is no way to be treating like that. I rather be home in that case and make a better diner and wings still juicy. So I would not come back and make sure to let anyone know about the treatment as well. AD

I rated this place pretty high the last time I was in. Unfortunately, my most recent visit wasn't up to standard. My dad and I show up to watch the start of basketball conference tournaments. We waited 15 mins because they only had 2 servers and 1 was the bartender. Not crowded or busy. The waitress was a nice as can be for being so busy. Our food came out sporadically. I ordered an appetizer and then wings and fries. I got my meal before the appetizer. I hope it was just one of those days.
