The order was not ready at the stated time and I paid for sofritas & chicken (double meat) and there's no sofritas in the bowl

Online orders never placed in order pickup rack, instead hoarded behind counter leading a lot of confused patrons long, unnecessary waits in the dining area or in line. Put the completed orders in the pickup rack, or remove the rack and update your signage. Better-run Chipotle stores make for a seamless pickup experience; this location is unnecessarily torpedoing the pickup experience in a way that would be very easy to fix.

I get that staffing is short everywhere right now but at least train your employees before sending them to work. Or the have them communicate that they cant wrap burritos beforehand. Ate a super cold chipotle with all the meat in one corner. Waste of money and time.

The food tasted like someone dropped a bucket of salt in it. It was half the bowl. Like the uber eats driver ate it or something. When i called the shop they said they could do nothing about the food because it was an uber order. I get it if the driver took some bites of the food but did he also put a bucket of salt as seasoning afterwards?? The manager acted like he didn't care and said there's nothing we can do about it. Never ordering from this specific branch Ever again.!!

I’ll let the pictures do the talking. Worst chipotle I’ve been to. They took forever to make my food and made it soggy and over stuffed. Not to mention I asked for half chicken half steak and only got chicken.

Worst Chipotle ever. This location makes it their MISSION to give you as little meat as possible. These employees have been trained to scoop as little meat for you as they can and then force you to pay for extra when you ask for a little more. Don't be fooled if you're coming here for value. They're ripping all of us off in broad daylight. Absolute joke of a place 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Bad attitude. Bad service..very rude I was touching glass to look at the stuff that I was going to pick. One of staff was shouting at me.."don't touch the glass!!" I couldn't hear well because everybody wore mask. Can you believe it?I wish this location. Close down..I really mean it

Loved this location. Staff and food here are great. Located right off little river turnpike in a busy shopping center. Great for people watching
