No way this store deserve such a low rating. I live walking distance and frequent this location several times per week. I especially look forward to the morning coffee. They have MANY varieties and also machines. It's inexpensive compared to Starbucks or Einstein Bagels, etc (roughly $2 for a large coffee). I also buy alcohol and snacks here. Without being asked, they even offered to make fresh pizza rolls for a man in line and replace the ones he picked. When I buy one banana they remind me they are two for $1. Plenty of staff and items in stock. Personally I approve this store.

I visit this location at minimum twice a week. I've seen the cashier on duty this Friday, October 29th ar 3:55 p.m. on many occasions. Because I asked for a hot bag for my Jamaican patties, she decides to card me for Black & Milds. I did not have my wallet but showed her my Drivers license on my phone. She's going to tell me No. I'm like no what? I'm 58 years young although I don't look my age I certainly look old enough to purchase tobacco., besides I showed her my licence. I hope Management sees this because she must leave her baggage at home when dealing with the public.

I frequent this location almost daily. What is disappointing is their "hot food". It's after 8am right now and the three chicken sandwiches they have on the rack were made at 4am and say best sold by 5am....they make way too much food too early in the morning and then let it sit all day until sold. I once watched one of the cashier's literally argue with a customer over one of the meat pies. The customer asked for the fresh one in the back and the cashier kept trying to make her take one of the old morning ones.
