I submitted my order for Jimmy Johns and it was confirmed at 11:38 this morning. Usually delivery is very prompt because the restaurant is close. 12:30 my food didnt show up. I called and was told that my food should be there really soon and if it didn't show up to call back and they will refund. 12

Me and my son came to eat and had a great experience. Great food and even better customer service. I would recommend yo my friends and family.

I love Jimmy John's but this one could use some work. Bread is consistently not cooked long enough.

Worst sandwich shop I’ve ever been to. The bread was hard as a rock and I could not even bite through it. Jimmy Johns as a whole prioritizes speed over quality which seems like a backwards business model to me

Absolutely horrible. Lady in front of me left in frustration. I tried to order, and it should never be that difficult to order a sandwich. We walked out in frustration. Two different people leaving one after the other? And looking at all these poor to mediocre reviews…..it is not that surprising.

Never coming back here. Started eating my very stale sub (one side of the bread was hard as rock) and found this very long black curly hair and didn't even finish pulling it all out. I don't know why they don't wear hair nets here but they really need to!
