The barista Sam at this location is amazing! She has great customer service and always makes the best drinks! She is also very kind, caring and polite with all the customers!

This location is really strange. The team isn’t super welcoming and they often get mobile orders incorrect. They’re happy to fix anything they’ve gotten wrong, but the DM really should consider getting this team retrained. If you’re ordering a mobile order and it isn’t at the counter, expect to wait at the mobile order counter for at least 5 minutes before even being addressed….on a slow day.

Three people working. It was slow at the time. Two associates had their backs toward me. I stood at the register for a minute or so . They still didn’t acknowledge me so I finally said excuse I am waiting and the Asian girl said we will be with you shortly. My bagel comes out the other young girl throws it down. Very rude
