Tgi Friday's

We had a fantastic dinner yesterday evening. Our server Prince made sure the drinks saw no end and the food came out hot and cooked to perfection. This is the first time I’ve ever ordered something that looked like it does on the menu. Squeaky clean dining area, and a bus staff that was extremely fast and efficient. Most immediately if someone left their table they were on it getting it cleaned up. Great job Prince , wait staff, kitchen and hostess.

I ordered my steak medium well (warm pink center) & it was so overcooked! My gma would call it shoe leather. The rice was overcooked & disgusting. Basically the whole meal was a dud. Why 2 stars? I placed an online order for curbside pickup. The whole process went well--easy to order, prepared on time, brought to car soon after checking in, sauce & utensils were included, but y'all-- this hockey puck they call a steak? The clumpy cold rice pilaf? 😑😭 I ate it because I was starving but it was a jaw workout & a struggle 😄

We went to this Friday's today and we had great service and the food was really good. The only complaint is that the restaurant needs to be renovated badly. That's the reason for the 4 stars and not 5, plus our server took a while to bring our check so we had to ask a different server to bring it. She was great up until that point (she was really busy and could have been a manager) and the other server jumped right in to assist once it was brought to his attention. I can't remember her name but his name was Aaron. Anyway, other than those things, we had a great visit.
