Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I would say the staff is nice but the kitchen looks super unclean for then to preparing food and smoothies. All fruits come out of cans covered in food crumbs that sit on the dirty floor, it's not bad if your not a germaphobe but it looks like they don't clean the kitchen properly. Also I would recommended a smoothie its mostly an ice smoothie lacking flavor not worth the 6.99 you pay

I ordered a chia banana with peanut butter with half sugar, and I requested to blend it twice, She started added more ice, I explained to her And reminded her to just blend it twice that is what I wanted, Not happened, I requested to make me a new one, she used the same one that she has already made it and it became hell sweet, not happening sometimes what I wanted in this place, the only reason I am going there because it’s near to my home.

I just walked into this facility and no one was at the counter. A young guy came from the back and I greeted him by saying good morning and he didn’t respond. He just stared at me and did a half smile. Also his apron was filthy and they’ve only been open for 30 minutes. I will drive to another location.

The lady at the register was rude and not helpful. She kept rushing my order as I was adding to my order. No one and I repeat no one, was behind me. I asked her to let me finish so she reads my total. The manager came and spoke to her in Spanish. She didn’t address me. They laughed and continued to speak in Spanish. The joke is on them. I speak Spanish. And guess what, I’m not an angry black woman. I was hoping to continue my order. Thank you for making this a terrible experience. I patron this restaurant all the time. I will not return.
