They are moving too fast for there own good. Got the notes kinda right and the drink sorta right. Asked for no whip because of an allergy so they scraped it off…. Whatever Starbucks

The afternoon/evening staff at this Starbucks caused me to stop going there and I saved a bunch of money…so I should thank them. A barista, who was fairly new, charged me for an espresso shot in my cold brew. When I told her that I didn’t want a shot of espresso in my drink, she said the issue was fixed and that it would go back on my card. When I didn’t see it back, I asked the manager on shift about it. They said there was nothing that could be done. Then, she took the money from the tip jar and gave it to me. Which I thought was unprofessional and not at all what I wanted to happen. After almost 6 months, I tried to go there again, only to experience additional issues with my order. I will stick to the one inside price chopper.

For some reason, this is the only Starbucks that charges you $0.10 for water? It's ridiculous because I need to recharge my app every time. Shady practices like these will have me looking at other stores and brands.

Edit (June 2022):
In the past year or so they have hired many new team members, and with that their service levels have gone down. I have downgraded my rating from 5 stars to 1 star owing to their new staff that are downright rude to customers with their attitude and tone.
Then, for the past few months now, my Venti coffees are always a whole inch empty in the cup meaning they do not fill them but leave a whole inch empty from the top which ultimately means I am getting lesser coffee than I would if I was to ask for a Grande! Which means they are constantly short changing me everyday for months upon months now. this cannot be a mistake if this happens consistently.
Then, today, I went to pickup my order and 20 minutes after ordering it is not ready. Reason: we do not have whole milk. You do not have whole milk on a Tuesday morning at 9 o clock?!?! really?!?! It only shows they are ill-prepared, do not plan and do not have command over their basic materials and handling skills, either that or perhaps no care factor.
As I said with the old team members gone, the service is below subpar now.

I am giving the staff here 5 super stars! Especially the manager Chase. He remembers my order, always very nice, attention to details, helping his new colleagues taking orders while busy making drinks. He remembers customers wanting extra caramel, more milk, special requests even when he's not the one taking or making the order. I observed him training new staff with kindness & patience, always trying to ease their nerve when they forgot something. He makes customers' experience a great one and provides a friendly and healthy work environment to his new colleagues.

Asked for a straw as they don’t have straws you can get yourself, you have to ask for one. I asked and the worker was so rude and said “just give me a second alright” and ended up sort of throwing the straw at me in a way. But get this, the straw was already torn open halfway and bent. What kind of place is this.
