The Sushi Bar - Alexandria - Photo album

Sushi was alright, didn't really have a taste to them. The fatty tuna or the salmon didn't have the buttery taste to them. The other sashimi was ok, nothing to write home about. Presentation was nice though (sashimi deluxe 14pcs). Definitely would prefer another place for late night sushi. We also o
Fabulous Sushi...the fish is very fresh and the presentation is really good. Update: Came back for my birthday in early January 2020 and still impressed with the food. The staff is very friendly as well. Thanks!
Came here with friends for the omakase. They've been bragging about this place for months. $78 gives you 7 dishes. Everything ranging from uni, monk fish, toro, oyster, yellowtail, fatty tuna, scallops, ikura, flying fish, carpaccio. All the fish is super fresh imported from Japan daily. We had to b

The “tempura pieces”, which many of their rolls feature, were straight up stale and also chewy. The yellowtail tasted ver
First off, no kids allowed. 18 and up only may dine here. Wonderful. The sushi is fresh and creative, it's just not my style. Nothing is wrong with it. Everything was on point. I like simpler rolls and this place goes for the fancy. Go here, you'll probably like it.
Am intimate and pleasant place to eat and drink. The “no minors” rule is actually quite nice (said by someone with kids). Sushi is less than mediocre and prices are high but it’s a nice addition to Del Ray.
