Smoking Kow Bbq

I ordered the ribs platter . I got the following sides ; Mac n Cheese , BBQ baked beans , Texas Caviar and cornbread. The food was good ! I actually had enough leftover for dinner. I was not a fan of their sauces , the only decent one was the Carolina golden . Since I decided to dine in I was able to overhear the cashier call customers and let them know that they were sold out of certain items and some customer choose to cancel their order. So If you do order online , you should call in to make sure your choices are available.

Beyond satisfied!! My mac and meat with sausage was accidentally left out of my order. I called in and spoke to Steven and he instantly went into action to remedy the situation. I had to drive back about 15 minutes but it was totally worth it. Big shout out to Steven!! Their sauces rock!! And their pulled pork is an out of this world experience!! The ribs are smokey and spicy! The cornbread was sweet and moist! Very very good!! At the moment their air conditioning is on the fritz and it gets pretty hot in there. It's a pretty small place with 3 picnic sized tables and a bench outside. More room would be awesome because the food is good and the staff is pretty cool too. They also support the military and military families by offering a 10% discount.

Been ordering from this place for a long time until recently, great product. However, the quality has plummented to the point it is gross. Ordered one pound of lean brisket and got three quarters of a pound of fat. Two consecutive weeks in a row. Owners are AWAL. Run by a bunch of teenagers that have no concept of quality control. Avoid this place at all cost.

I tried Smoking Kow for the first time yesterday (5/11/2022), and I must say that I was pleased! I had the family of 4 platter which included the baby back ribs, brisket, collard greens, baked beans, and the creamy garlic & jalapeño mac & cheese. Everything was tasty! My only complaint (if any, and I’m not deducting any stars) was that the portions were almost not enough to feed 3 adults, but we made it work!
