Kowaliga Restaurant

Although we were not able to enjoy the view because we were there after dark, the restaurant is on the water and has a great patio and view. We were seated pretty fast and while we waited there was a bar to get drinks. The waitress was very attentive and the food all came out fast and hot. Everyone enjoyed their meal and we would all return there for sure.

We ate there on Father’s Day enroute to Cheaha State Park. The views were spectacular (table 212) with turtles, fish, ducks, and geese all swimming around. We had the stuffed sweet potato (DELICIOUS!, onion rings (huge), grilled shrimp (bland with zero grill marks, or grilled taste), Arnold Palmer with unsweetened tea (awesome), and house salads. Great place, great service, good food, and spectacular views. Highly recommended!

Wow! The wife and I happened to be nearby in Dadeville. This is perhaps one of the best lunch dates ever. First the scenery is awesome. There is a beach area. There was a rocky area near the front corner and you could feed the fish and turtles. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. Get there early as we were there just about 11:20 on a Sunday and we had to wait a few minutes to get an outside seat for lunch. Worth the wait! Waitress was very sweet and we had a great time. All the food was great not a complaint at all.
