If you are looking for authentic birria tacos, this place delivers. They are a little pricey for my standards ($15 for what's pictured) but, they are very tasty. They do not hold back on the meat or cheese and the consomé is delicious.

The BEST Birria truck I’ve ever been to!! In town for the weekend and was told I HAD to try Birrieria y Tacos and I’m so glad I did!! Definitely worth the trip. Generous portion sizes. Bring cash!! They do not accept cards.
Good tacos. They are not goat meat. It’s beef but they tasted spectacular. The consomé was very nice. They leave it not spicy on purpose so that you can eat salsa or the jalapeño. Service was good. Expect a quick turnaround on your order.
Best barria in albuquerque hands down! And portions are generous too. They have a shaded seating area, so you don't have to sit in your car to car on lunch break. The only one I know of is on forth street (los Ranchos area) but it's worth the drive.

UMMM WOWWWW WOW WOW. Amazing. I’ve tried los pookies (another birria truck) and this place beats them by a long shot. The carne was super clean. They pack on the carne. It’s a little pricey but hey if you have the $ try it. You won’t regret it.
