Papa Johns Pizza

Passing through town, got a hotel room, needed a pizza. Ordered online, pretty sure Papa Johns has outsourced it’s online orders to foreign countries which was really weird, but I got the pizza ordered, it was made well, and tasted delicious. Also, a crew of three going hard on Thanksgiving and I didn’t have to wait longer than they said. Definitely five stars

If you order from the location on Central it is THE BEST!!! Gary makes all of the pizzas that I have gotten( usually at night) he slays the toppings and follows directions!! I have NEVER. Been disappointed by this location!! He’s the best pizza chef Albuquerque papa johns have!! I drive 3 minutes just to get one from him and this location. My local location is yucky 🤢 but Gary is the man!!!! No matter how busy they are , he has never messed up or fallen short on quality!! Trust me it’s worth it !! He deserves an award or a raise or do something!!! He’s so needs to train the others on making consistently AMAZING pizzas! The owners of this location need to recognize his commitment.

Updating this review to add that this location mostly sucks at using green chile on pizza. We just picked an actual half cup of wet chile off one pizza. They treat it like it’s some weird foreign ingredient. I give up. I’ll order it on the side from now. Buyer beware. We get pizza from this location about once a month, ordering using the app. Quality is hit or miss - sometimes the pizza is way undercooked and floppy (even when well-done is requested), toppings can be haphazardly scattered, it’s cut weird, etc. But the taste is usually pretty good, and the pizza is decent often enough that we keep coming back, so overall would recommend. Leftovers heat up well in a toaster oven. The new stuffed crust pizza is pretty good too!

My 4 stars comes from how they handle a BAD experience. I ordered the 6 cheese saus and pep, and picked it up. There was green chili on it and honestly, something else, perhaps ham? Point is, i called to demand a refund, and Justine handledy complaint calmly and extremely politely, and made up for the pizza at a future time. To me, its how a business handles its mishaps that test them. I appreciate their kindness and absolutely no "snottiness" which in a world where the customer is now, it seems, always wrong, she was professional and forthcoming. Thank you.

I ordered from this papa johns today and got my food delivered. It was amazing. The stuffed crust pizza came hot and so cheesy. We also ordered two papadias and wow they were crispy and full of toppings. I am truly impressed by this papa johns . They gave us a good amount of parmesan and napkins . The driver was also very friendly.
