People making a second line or coming in from Arenal is ridiculous. They cut in front of everybody doing what the marking suggest (one line that splits into two) . I got a water bottle thrown at me for not letting somebody but in line. They need ro fix this.

This particular location never fails as far as most of the day, evening not so much but still better than the Blake’s across the way who can’t manage to get the significantly higher priced food actually hot!
Yes, McDonald's is great, get you in and out. Food is always hot, great customer service. I give it a 10 out of 10.
This is one of the few McDonald's left in the city with a PlayPlace. The PlayPlace dining area is very spacious too and well ventilated, so even when a lot of families are there, it doesn't feel crowded. The staff also work very hard to keep it clean.
The only thing is that it took me a while to get to the order screen because they short handed all the time ,but that's the same thing every where 🤔
I Love that their service especially in the Late evening is always fast and mostly good.
It's McDonald's what more is there to say. Fries always cold even though you wait 20 min in the drive through. Staff seems like you are just a bother to them.
