Ordered online and when going to the restaurant the drive thru cashier was like it’s not ready and I can’t do nothing about it. No manager. Employees talking outside and cooks talking not doing nothing 1 wait for 2 burritos. No extra green either.

I've had the best experience at this location staff was very friendly the food was excellent the fries were crunchy and fresh. Unlike the Isleta and Barcelona location.

I placed an order online and only got 4 of my burritos. I tried calling so I could let them know ahead of time before I drove down, but no one answers the phone. My fault for not checking my bag. When I got home all the burritos were cold and the hash browns were still raw. I should've went to the Atrisco location. They never mess up my orders. Check your bags before you leave the drive through.

I usually don’t complain, but today they exceeded my patience limit. I waited 45 min for my order just to find out they forgot one of the seasoned fries and one of the burgers didn’t have green Chile as I asked.

Slow. For not what it once was. Also got the wrong order. Been trying to reach the store for 45 min now. Phone just rings. Hash brown are like mashed potatoes. Never getting another dollar from me ever. Another local gem ruined by corporate greed.

My husband loves Blake’s.
Every time we’re in New Mexico we have to stop at one.
I had a lotta burger with green Chile and regular fries. My husband had the same thing except with season fries.
I love their breakfast burritos but I almost always never make it which is sad because it’s so good. They should have all locations serve it all day long but I understand that it will be harder on the business.
This location was ok. It was very messy and not very inviting. I like the one in Moriarty better.

Sad to see this place go down hill. Save your money an go somewhere else.
Two weeks in a row we have went here. Last week I got a #5 burrito and the refried beans were burnt straight through crunchy. Emailed corporate with not reply back.
Today, we made a phone order ahead at 11:48am with a promised time of 11:57am. We arrived at that time and surprise it wasn’t ready broken promise. Multiple people placed orders at the counter an drive through as I waited and received their food before me. I didn’t get my 2 burritos until 12:37!! The workers in the back were scrambling cursing profanities like a normal work environment.

I love the food but I definitely hate waiting in line so much called in an order about 40 minutes ago they told me it will be ready in 10 I’ve been waiting in line for half an hour I wish management would do something about moving the people quicker it seems like every time I get here it’s always a 45 minute wait
