Horse & Angel Tavern - Albuquerque - Photo album

The service is quick, efficient and exactly what you want at a bar. The food is AMAZING, every menu item I have tried is fresh warm and plated neatly. The fish and chips is by far the best I have found in Albuqueruqe. We have a young one at home and we only get a date night every couple weeks. Hors
Pretty standard sports-oriented bar in a neighborhood location. It's not amazing, but it's definitely competent. Decent tap list for a place of this type, not just Bud and stuff, but nice local beers also.
Tuesday Special: Navajo Taco with red chilé! The red chilé is delicious with the right kick🌶️, and the Navajo Taco is incredible and a healthy amount!!😋😀
I've been here before. It was packed on the last visit, so it wasn't crazy busy on the Thursday night visit this time. The beer was cold , and the bar tenders were friendly. My colleague ordered the fish, and chips said they were good. The staff were very busy cleaning and tending to tasks. I wi
This is a very nice Tavern. I had the pulled pork sandwich with fries and it was good!! They serve Coke products and they have a full bar. The staff are very nice and take the time to get to know there regular customer and make new ones like us feel at home. Check them out and let me know what you
Slow service. Understaffed? Catfish and rice was great. Veggies served cold but she brought be hot veggies snd they were great. I was here eight minutes and not acknowledged. Had to get attention st the bar. It was "seat yourself"
Food is always great! And of course, I'm a picky drinker, and the cocktail the bar tender made me was great as well. Highly recommend this place.
I had the blackened salad for lunch. Very tasty, especially with what looked like a homemade Dijon mustard dressing. The Left-hand Milk Stout helped was down the wonderful, reasonably priced lunch. Will be back soon!
Best burger I had in a minute. Fish and Chips are huge and Great. Loved it all.
From out of town, meeting up with in-town friends who recommended H&T. We didn't know how many were coming, the waitress and trainee sat us at the long table with smiles and "no problem!". A dozen friends came in over the next hour, every group being greeted and helped right away with the same smile
Our group from Church goes frequently after services on Sunday for Brunch and enjoys delicious fare from their breakfast menu. Its the best of all worlds, sports for the guys, good food, great service, and lots of room if we have a big group.
Third Friday Lenten fish fry search. This place did not disappoint on many levels. Sat at the bar on my own. The Guinness was poured well, served a tad early but was a good temperature. Ordered the fish and chips, they offer 1 or 2 pieces so I ordered two. Happy mistake. The filet was huge (see pict
