The service is always great here, my drinks are constantly refilled without complaint. It's great because you can sit and talk to friends without feeling pressured to leave but still enjoy refillable drinks. The food is consistent, you always know what you're going to get— a good meal. Unlike other IHOPs this place isn't too greasy, it's just right. This is an excellent IHOP.

I have to give a shout out to the waiter that took care of us. He was hit by a car and his wrist was purple. He was in extreme pain...to the point of tears and he made sure we were ok. Shame on the manager that didn't return his calls when he could only carry one plate at a time and needed assistance...he made it through though. Great food.

On this visit IHOP I had one of their burgers the bacon burger I think it was called. The burger was absolutely delicious it was fresh it was tasty it was everything I'd expect in a burger from a gourmet burger place. I would absolutely go to IHOP for this burger again. It was absolutely delicious. Congratulations I hop you did a great job with the burgers that you are making now.

Seemed a little understaffed today, witnessed several tables that were picked up by other servers because the original server never went by. Food was great though!

IHOP food is hot and good. Service good. And what is the secret to their wonderful pancakes?? Don't know, don't care, but they remain fabulous. I don't need syrup, just a little butter, so you can enjoy the flavor!!

We live closer to the Manual location but we always come here for their amazing cook Juan! Thank you Juan for always making our food spot on every time. The service is good, but I got to give credit where credit is deserved! The cook Juan is absolutely fantastic! Keep up the great work!!!

Fast service with a smile and a short conversation if they are not to busy.
Plenty of parking space including handicap parking and room to sit if you do have to wait. The food will fill you up leaving you ready to tackle the day's chores unless it is Sunday.

My favorite place, my boyfriend and I tend to go there a lot after we get out of work. They've always been so nice to us. All of the servers remember us , and our names which is always very pleasant. They have and probably never will disappoint us!! Highly recommended!! :)

Stopped by for an early breakfast,was promptly greeted and seated. Hash browns were moist but not greasy with a golden crust. Mmm! Scrambled eggs were done as requested. Pancakes fluffy and warm. Waitress stopped by two or three times to see if I wanted anything else.
Oh, and the place was spotlessly clean.
Hey, this isn't gourmet food, just good value for the money. No complaints here.
