Carraro's Pizza & Italian Rest - Albuquerque - Photo album

This place is a dive. I worked here a summer in college and drank and ate here too many times to count! Dropped by, the front has changed but the pizza and wings are still great! Happy to see Joe is still making a go it.
Love love love their pizza! Great place to go play some pool or any bar games really. The layout of the building is pretty neat; it's a wrap around so you can go down one side of the building and come back around the other side. They have 2 bars, one in the front and one in the back. You know what t
Love this dive bar. Throws you back in time. The staff working are very social and lively people, I've had a great experience with everyone working there so far. Old school entertainment throughout the whole odd building, games and a fireplace and pool table. Pacman! Two different bars in the space.
I am really fond of this place, though it's definitely in need of some serious renovations. They have a solid number of activities to choose from, pool, air-hockey, arcade games and the like as well as a jukebox which is really fun. The food is tasty and consistent, though not particularly remarkabl
My favorite little dive, been going there since my 21st birthday. Service is always really quick when you walk up to the bar (which you have to do,) and there has always been space so my friends and I can get some privacy. Beer prices are great and they write them up so you can figure out what to ge
Cool low-key spot to play pool, ping pong and Foosball, or just hang with some friends. Very much a dive bar. Service is good and friendly. Parking is a little misleading. The lot across the street requires payment, no exceptions. Street parking is the way to go. Great experience, overall!
This has been a favorite of mine since I was legal to drink. The cheese fries are consistently bomb. Beer is always cold and the aesthetic is consistently dive. It will never be the same for me without Ken in the back bar, but I am grateful it is still standing!
Awesome food, awesome atmosphere, and the family that owns this establishment are beautiful, accepting people. The staff is friendly and they go out of their way to make sure that you are satisfied with their attention. Just one word to people reading this, be careful where you park. You will be tic
This is my favorite bar in ABQ. Period. Full stop. Staff is great. Good beer selection. Great atmosphere. It's a dive bar, so dont expect anything fancy. Or the greatest mixed drink you have ever had. It's a place for a beer and a shot with a round of pool.
Chill atmosphere and down to earth staff. Should clarify some of these bad reviews: first off it is illegal in the state of New Mexico to give out birthday drinks or drink vouchers so for the lady complaining about that you should write your congressman to get that law changed and not give a struggl
At first I thought it was just a barand walked in they ask for an ID so I thought that was great and then the bartender had the pizza ready I was picking it up for Postmates and everything went smoothly it seemed clean it seemed friendly so that's why I'm giving it five stars. It also had a very nic
A college dive bar that has amazing food and excellent service. Thos place is not fancy, bit the environment is perfect if you're looking for something more laid back. They also have a pool tables, arcade games, and other such things.
If you want a perfect dive bar, this is it. It looks like a dive and acts like a dive but there's no better place to hang out. The staff is very friendly and the food is good for bar food. So look no further, make this your dive bar!
I worked at Carraro's in the 1980s and it is and shall always be, my favorite job, even though I'm currently pulling down $98,000.00, annually. I struggled in the 80's, but I was so happy in those days. In fact, I was there during the construction and grand opening of Joe's Place. The patio in fr
I've never had the food here, but it's the best dive in ABQ that I've been too. Huge with pool tables, pinball, air hockey, ping pong, and juke boxes. Love the bartender in the back bar, and there's always a different crowd here. Sometimes rowdy, sometimes quiet, always enjoyable.
