If this is the one on Rio Bravo I liked the efficiency of the staff. If it's the one on Gibson and Yale, I give it a minus 0! Placed an order, paid with my credit card, went to pick up and they were closed!!! In the middle of the day and no indication on the website saying they were closed!! Had to argue with corporate to get my money refunded!!!!

I showed up to pick up an order 10 minutes after the window of it being ready. They apparently throw out orders after that time limit, which I think is an odd policy.
Regardless of weird rules, the employees here were super helpful and found the order, warmed it up in like 10 minutes, and printed my receipt when I requested it. Really appreciate their cooperation.

Super fast pizza service as long as you're not custom ordering. Fast inexpensive meal for the family on nights I'm not in the mood to cook. The hot and ready pizzas are the way to go. If you want a custom ordered, call in advance!
Staff is friendly and there's often a line, but it moves fairly quickly.

On line ordering is great. Pizza was good and hot however the buffalo wings were not. I wanted a cold Pepsi but all that was in the cooler was tea, root beer, mountain dew but no cold Pepsi. Same thing last visit.

At this particular location the staff is extremely helpful and I couldn't believe how fast my pizza came the pizza was so delicious and so hot if I wasn't trying to watch my sodium and take I'd probably eat there every night but whatever woman was working there last night deserves a raise not to mention she was extremely beautiful

Not all little caesar's are the same, but the one on Isleta n Rio Bravo does an alright job. We go here and there, and the pizza's are always hot n ready fresh out the oven. they are the bomb!!!

So I heard the policy has changed and the"hot'n'ready" is no more. It's called a classic now. Corporate changed the policy so people would have to wait or have no choice but tho spend more money. Not the employees fault for corporate decisions!

Small area inside line does not fit ever but guess u can't help that ... pizza has improved because they are making the hot and ready pizzas fresh now instead of having a bundle of them sitting waiting
