I’ve never had Kolache before. Have I found a piece of heaven. After it’s warmed up in the microwave oven, it’s a warm, soft, and yummy breakfast, lunch and dessert. I especially like the chocolate cream and cream spinach. Now I have every reason to drive through New Mexico.
Incredibly fast and friendly service. There was a longish line that intimidated me at first, but it went by quickly. We got chicken enchilada, pepperoni pizza, the new mexico, and potato/egg/cheese. My son says they were bussin and he'd definitely come back. No cap
Totally love the Kolache Factory!! This location is clean and great. We ordered online and showed up before it said it would be ready and it was already to go and the food was fantastic as always! We love to get a box or two for the family and bring them home and warm them slightly and eat them as a family. One of the great things about Kolache Factory was that everyone gets to choose something they like because they have such a variety. Will definitely go back and highly recommend!

The food was really good but the lady was awful when I went to pick up my order. She gave me a bid 'ol lecture on how I should have called and checked with them on which items were available because some of the items on the online ordering were not available and haven't been for a long time. I feel like they should remove those items from their online store if they don't have them anymore. She was also bothered that my phone number was incorrect and they couldn't get ahold of me to tell me the items were unavailable. I was fine dealing with it in store when I got there to pick up my order but clearly it was an issue on her part. I didn't get in there with her because I'll be moving and likely won't be returning. Even if I were staying in town that experience made me not want to ever return.
9/18/21: I'm gonna hit this place up and try the vast amount of Kolaches here. Quick service after you've figured out what to order. 20 second warm up to deliciousness, although another 5-10 seconds more would have made my Kolache hotter. Will be back very soon.
The kolache are so good. I got a bunch for breakfast for my family. My favorites were the spinach kolach and the sausage, egg and cheese kolach. I will definitely be going back because these are the perfect breakfast food. I had one heated up for the trip back home since I live pretty far. The lady at the counter was so nice and helpful as well.
All I can see from the bill is register one but all I have to say is he was great! Extraordinary customer service.
I was so excited to see a location in Albuquerque I bought my whole office kolaches just so they could try them and have there lives changed. My usual order is the Italian chicken croissant and the bacon egg and cheese kolache but I’ve never tried anything here and regretted it. Definitely worth the trip, just don’t get there too late or they might be running low on options.
