Moe's Original Barbeque - Albuquerque - Photo album

Really like the atmosphere and size of the seating area (no elbows bumping here). My first few bites of brisket were chewy and a bit dry (crust area) but as I continued the meal, the texture improved tremendously. Collard greens a bit too vinegary but the sweet potato casserole was spectacular with
LOVING THIS PLACE!!!! The smell as soon as you walk in just wraps you up and makes you instantly smile. Every type of meat and sides are super genuine, fresh and DELISH!!!! The space is big, inviting and the service is the BEST!!! I hate that I live so far because I'd eat there about every day! So m
Will definitely be back! Someone came up when we were looking over the menu (I'm assuming the manager) and answered the questions we had, and told us how about all the specials that day. He was very helpful. The service was very fast, we were just sitting down and they brought out our food. Everythi
Fast service whether in house or call in. Never any long lines food is good and fair prices. Place is clean and tidy unlike some others in town. My kids love their ribs I'm partial to their brisket. If you're tired of the same old BBQ joint give these guys a try. Oh and they have beer on tap
Tried a huge portion of the menu and alot of it is good. The ribs fall off the bone, pulled pork was excellent. The BBQ sauce is a nice change from most sauces in Abq with a mustard tang that doesn't over power the sweet molasses. Highly recommend trying it out
Great BBQ! Everything seems to be scratch made. The corn bread was better then mine and that saying a lot 😉 The green chili grits are amazing! We loved everything we ordered. The staff was great and the place was very clean( it better be since it's new) We will be coming back often!
One of the very few things I miss about living in Alabama is the barbecue. Texas-style bbq seems to be the thing around here, and I'm decidedly not a fan. I like the subtle smokiness of the barbecue, the tangy vinegar-based sauces, and I really (REALLY) love Alabama white sauce. It warms my heart to
We had pulled pork and Fried catfish. It was good. I would have liked 2 or more options for the BBQ sauce. The sides were great! Collard Greens were the best I've had in a while. The potato salad and slaw were very good. It's a pleasant space and even though they were busy it was still quiet enough
Tastes like Alabama... Best BBQ place I've found west of Texas. Roll Tide
It's always been hard to get good BBQ in this town. Whole Hog is good, but pricey and my fall back had always been Rudys. However that will no longer be the case. Had the pulled pork, red beans and rice, mac and cheese and grits. All flavorful, balanced and really taste like home cooking at its best
Good meat and flavor. The double wide takeout option was always nice as it provided a meal and leftovers for two people equaling 4 easy meals. Meat is good. Cornbread is always kinda dry. Pudding is great. Other food seems to be hit or miss, but the first time we had Moe's it was spot on but the cor
BBQ was very good. liked the baked beans, loved the sweet potato casserole. Restaurant was very clean. The sweet tea had a funny taste. I did not care for the potato salad. I wish there were more than 1 choice of BBQ sauce.
moist flavorful, tender. not made in outside BBQ rather hybrid. serving portions were big. the counter person helped us understand combo selections. gave us a complimentary bread pudding. we had pork ribs, catfish, hush puppies, cole slaw beef brisket and 1 soda. Bill was under 29$,
From the first time I went there they've gotten my order correct, which seems to be a MAJOR MAJOR issue in this city. I've never had cold flavorless food, again a MAJOR issue with alot of the establishments I've been to in my years here. I've been able to visit this place more than once and that say
Food tasted good, pulled Pork was tasty, as well as the hot link. Sides are a bit small, the Mac N Cheese didnt seem very creamy. I'm shorting this a star mostly because they do not provide sauce on the tables. I like my BBQ extra saucy.
The staff was great friendly and fast. Had my to go order in less then 10 min. This place has Good brisket. I enjoyed the banana pudding. The place was very clean and had a nice feel.
Very tasty bbq for a fair price! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Generous portions, and good selection of local beers. I recommend the ribs and the cobbler! Clean and spacious interior. Would highly recommend.
