Brought the family here for lunch! The customer service was great! It was not too busy, but the atmosphere was perfect. Ordering was a breeze. When the food came out, it was hot and fresh! The entire family enjoyed it. The kiddos loved the hour passes they got to have fun with the games and arcade.
Had my grandson birthday party. It was great, very attentive. Kept everything on course and took control of all the chaos. Had all the kids get cards to play all the games. It was great. Our server did great with all the last-minute requests with no hassle. Great job.
It's what you would expect. Filled with kids having fun! The pizza tasted far better than I remember. It's been a long while since I was at one but, this recent experience was good, they stepped it up a few notches. Our server was very busy, constantly checking on us.
The pizza is good. I was shocked to see that that stage area was gone, along with a lot of games. It seemed like seating was taken away as well. But overall, the kids had fun and that was the important part. Just a tip, pay for the timed cards verses the points for game play.
I love the option to buy time and not the number of coins. Pizza is Pizza! 😆 And playing the arcade is always fun. They were short-staffed and had to wait a bit to cash in tickets.

Wow! I am impressed. I have never been to a Chuck E Cheese till my son’s friend invited us for his bd party during the week. It was calm, nice and clean, maybe because we went during the week. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pizza was delicious as well as the cake. It was my 3/5 years

Some of the games don't print out the tickets so just make sure it is working properly before your child swipes their token card.
