Los Cuates - Albuquerque - Photo album

Christmas Eve is rarely the optimal time to dine out, as most restaurants will run skeleton crews due to the uncertainty of holiday patrons. However, despite the small staff, the engagement was enjoyable. The waiter, Alex, took care of us as promptly as possible, and the food, as usual, was excell
I hadn't been there since the pandemic. We went for an early lunch on a weekday. It understandably wasn't busy. I particularly liked the tamale as the maise was thin, the way I prefer them. I have a gringa mouth so my waitress recommended the salsa vs the red or green sauce. It still had a tiny bite
Alex provided excellent service! The tamales were weird but they fixed it right away and brought another meal. The girls at the front are useless. They do not even acknowledge that a customer has come in. The waiter had to acknowledge and seat us (again Alex is great!) The rest of the food was good
Food was good. Portions have gotten small. We went at 8pm and there was only one person who was waiting on tables. But she was a pretty good waitresses we didn't have to wait for anything.
Ive visited restaurant many times when I used to live in Albuquerque. I frequented the location on Menaul. I was glad when the put a location at Cottonwood. Today I had the Beef nachos, happy hour margaritas and many a la cart items. Sadly most of the foods tasted so close it was hard to decipher wh
My husband ordered some steak meat he ordered it medium rare it cam well done. So he didn't even eat his food. He was not happy we told the waitress about it. She said she would see if we could get a discount on it. We got the check and No discount. My husband is one of those persons that doesn
As always Los Cuates has amazing food. My favorite is their chimichangas and chile cheese fries. And the size of both of them are decent as well. The server was very nice and she made sure to have our refills ready before even asking and made sure that we were okay often. Thank you!
Excellent restaurant: great food, great service, in and out super fast even when they are busy. Great Management. This place also offers great brunch specials on Sundays and features free home made natillas. This is a spacious restaurant that can accommodate large parties while still serving thei
The food was amazing and the few employees they had, were friendly and worked as quickly as possible. They are experiencing the same worker shortage as everyone else. Be patient and understanding and you will get great food and service. The cherry margaritas are on point. Very reasonably priced...
Fun environment complete with stellar mariachi band! The servers were incredibly hard working and it’s appreciated. The skinny margaritas with fresh squeezed lemon and lime were perfect. The way a margarita should taste without all the mixer sugar! The food was very good, fresh, flavorful, and ple
The cheladas are delicious and so is the fiesta platter. The salsa with the chips is super tasty and just the right spice!
We celebrated my Abuela's 89th birthday here, and it was great! There were over 20 family members in attendance, and Los Quates knocked it out of the park. We went on a Friday afternoon, and we were able to enjoy the live Mariachi players!
Came in just to pick up a pint of salsa because you can't get it in stores anymore, which is an inconvenience. I was disappointed in the cost now too. Still love the salsa, but the value is off kilter a bit now.
