Stopped by Toltec Brewing this weekend to try it out since I’ve been hearing great reviews of the place. Was really impressed by the Pork Belly Fries. Not as much with The Royale or the wings. Will definitely be back even if it’s just for the Pork Belly Fries and an Agave Wheat or The Toltec Stout.

Good atmosphere, good Beer, great food, it has a modern twist on Latin south American food. Salsa could have more heat but I'm not much of a salsa guy.
Very nice and helpful staff! I'm new in town and they had all sorts of tips and pointers for getting into the brewery scene here. Great, balanced and tasty beer selection to top off their good food. Will be back for more!
The Mac n Pork belly was sold out so I got the wings they were nice size too, and a small bowl of the green chili stew my hubby got the burger n sweet potato fries. Num num!! Great food great service
