This is an amazing place. The best Greek food in this entire city. The parking is a pain but just park and talk to them. They are super accomadating. The parking is privately owned and not by their choice! So instead of being turned off park, go in and enjoy this incredibly amazing food. Don't let the greedy park demons deter you! This place is a city treasure. Please support this lical business.
Food was delicious! Loved the tzatziki sauce in my gyro sandwich. Tzatiziki sauce is what makes the sandwich. ππππππππ

So my absolute favorite is the Greek style potatoes! They are amazing π they do charge for refills but the food is Muy Bueno!
I wanted to try a Greek restaurant while visiting ABQ. This place has the most delicious entrees.
We ordered the beef shawarma, beef kabob and lamp kabob. It was so good I forgot to take pictures of it.
The rice pudding was kinda bland but because the food was so hot and delicious.
I will definitely come back to eat here.
Iβve been going to this place since I was a kid and always loved it. I returned recently and it was even better than I remembered! The flavor profiles are amazing, each meal cooked to perfection. We felt transported to Greece! And lovely customer service too!

Decided to stop in Albuquerque checked into the hotel and realized it was time to eat. Did some searching on Google for something different. Olympia Cafe had 4 stars and the Lemon Chicken soup I like. As we left the hotel we asked about it at the front desk her eyes lit up and she highly recommended it. It was as good as she said.
Good food, good people. I come here pretty often and I'm never disappointed. Something about this place is very comforting. It feels like home in that sort of "small town restaurant" kind of way. If you're looking for a good gyro, look no further.
Olympia CafΓ© has the BEST Gyro I've ever had. I have travelled the world, seen and eaten it all but after a long awaited 8 years to try Olympia's Gyros again, it is even BETTER than I remember. It's authentic Greek cuisine, affordable, and absolutely delicious.

It is a casual dining experience, great food but no fringes. The only downside is having to pay for metered or lot parking on a hot day. I was a block away by the time I got quarters to pay the meter.
The food...excellent.
I stopped by here for the first time today. I don't usually eat Greek food but I had driven by this place several times and decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did! I had a Gyros with a side of Greek potatoes. Both were delicious! The Gyro was full of a lot of meat which was tender and delicious and I loved the Greek potatoes as well. The staff was friendly and polite.
The restaurant is a bit older and is showing signs of the wear and tear that happens over the years but it is clean and I didn't mind eating there. It's right across from the University so if you are like me and enjoy people watching you'll like the views here too.
I can easily recommend Olympia Cafe to any who enjoys good Greek food. Stop by and try it out!
Have been coming to the Olympia Cafe for well over 20 years. The owner has changed once. And the new owner is wonderful and makes the same great food that is always been there for many years. If you love Greek food they stay pretty true to the Greek style food with moussaka, souvlaki and kabobs to name a few dishes. Of course this place would not be complete without mentioning that their gyros are most delicious and have been for over 20 years. If you've not eaten here and you're by the university area you would do yourself well to enjoy a plate of their wonderful offerings.
Some of the BEST Greek food I've had! The spanikopita is my favorite! Sandra was so warm and welcoming when we arrived and she made sure we had all the fixings to thoroughly enjoy our meal! Olympia Cafe is our first choice next time we're craving Greek! π€€π₯°ππ€
