Literally the BEST tamale I have ever tasted ( trust me, as a native New Mexican, I have had my share!)The only bad review I could give this place is now I'm addicted! The perfect portion and balance of savory with a soulful kick of seasoning, that I just cannot put into words! The food is made with passion and attention to delicate detail. The staff cook for you as if you are family and truly go the extra mile. I am a true foodie and lover of the craft and I couldn't speak higher of this restaurant!
Very beautiful little eatery! Did not expect to see “Salvadoran Food” at this cool little scenic place called “Gobble This. Walking by, I enjoyed all the old architecture/decor, and the plants everywhere. I love the indoor/outdoor vibe of having the place flow from front to back. There was quite a line, and a wait, so will stop by for food another time, so for now 5 stars for ambiance and uniqueness! Hope to eat here soon enough…
A wonderful experience - Chef Nestor was both an excellent cook and accommodating host. Those beans were incredible! Simply put, Gobble This is a charming place serving delicious food where you'll feel right at home.

Absolutely love this place because you can't find any place like it anywhere else. The Salvadorian fusion food is divine! I like that there is always something new and creative from the Chef every time we go, but can always depend on a great meal! The pupusas are always on the menu and my kiddo loves them!
Can't give enough praise to Chef Nestor. My husband and I went into this reservation without any idea how incredible the whole experience would be. We were treated to a 6-course Salvadoran 5-star feast that blew my mind. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing, from the cozy Old Town vibes to the endearing chats with Chef Nestor throughout the chill-paced 2.5 hour meal. Cannot recommend enough! Everyone in Burque needs to meet Chef Nestor and experience his culinary brilliance.
Two of us sat down for a four course meal. Food was wholesome, incredibly flavorful, and prepared with personal touch. As a pair of strangers in town, we felt welcomed like family into the chef’s garden and were treated to beautiful culinarily works from his kitchen. Gobble This is an experience; give it your full attention.
The food and service are both excellent. That word gets tossed around often but I really mean excellent. I don’t remember ever having tacos that good, and I eat tacos pretty often. The hours listed on google are wrong. If you’re a foodie you owe it to yourself to double check before writing it off.
The price tag is nothing compared to what you're getting, delicious food, drinks and fun drag show. He has different events from time to time, instagram is the best place to see what is scheduled next.
Go out of your way to visit Gobble This if you have to!! Give them a call before you go in so you can enjoy one of the best meals of your life. Any dish you order will be expertly prepared, fresh as heck, and unforgettable. The friendly atmosphere is further complemented by the amazing staff.
