I just discovered that you can build your own half waffle, and I’m seriously way too exited about it. This is my third time visiting and the more things I try, the better it gets! The coconut whip cream is something from a dream, and their eggs Benedict sauce is a perfect addition to eggs or their deliciously fried crispy potatoes. Seriously the best, most customizable breakfast I’ve ever found. Just avoid coming on a weekend unless you’re prepared for a lengthy line and wait for food. Still worth it though.
Great place to grab breakfast in the morning and the prices are very reasonable. Saw this place featured on “Cheap Eats” on the Cooking Channel so we had to come up and see it for ourselves. Highly recommend giving this place a try!

One of those hipster brunch places (and, I totally mean that as a compliment). This location was a little hard to find as my GPS had directed me farther down the street (my friend had the same issue). At the time, my mentor's daughter had been working there. The long line ended with a friendly face at the counter. There were so many different varieties to choose from and could even build your own waffles (coconut, pumpkin, lavender!). I got the waffle rancheros (blue corn waffle with eggs, green chile, and cheese) and my friend the waffle benitos with eggs and a creamy green chile sauce. We sat at a wooden table by the window to enjoy the early afternoon sun after some Black Friday shopping. The waffle could've been a separate meal in itself from the sheer size of it. The chile was medium, but a little too much layered on top. (I feel like I tried to come here another time, only to find that they were closed for the day). The only thing I regret is not getting a picture of those waffles (meaning another visit may be in store soon ;) )
I love this place! It has not one but THREE gluten free waffle batters to choose from. The buckwheat is my favorite. Its fluffy but substantial and is great with the salmon and cream sauce. They also make lovely espresso and have a selection of gourmet loose leaf teas. The staff is amazing. So friendly and helpful! Petra, the manger, is a rock star.
Fantastic flavor combinations, great variety! I had the Tropical Waffle special yesterday - buttermilk waffles, with mango infused whipped cream and fresh, ripe mangoes! Heavenly! ��
The bacon and egg plate was delicious. My husband had the biscuits and gravy plate he loved it. We will definitely return on our next visit.
When you just need a really good waffle this is the place! Coffee was excellent too. Nice place (not noisy) to sit and have a nice breakfast and chat.
It was our first time and the line was out the door. It moved pretty fast and when I saw the menu I was glad I had the time to look at it. The staff was friendly, very helpful despite being very busy. The food was amazing and savory. The dispensers with melted butter and hot syrup had me loving this place

My first time in New Mexico & first time here! The food was excellent & the staff ever so friendly! If I am back in Albuquerque, I’ll be sure to stop in again!
Well we’ll a new spot in the UNM area. (To me anyway) the amount of goodness here can be overwhelming. FOOD: we had 1. Goat cheese blueberry waffle wit two eggs 10 out of 10 (if you like goad cheese) 2. Blue lavender waffle w/side of chicken 10 out of 10 to her 3. Strawberries and cream waffle. With green chili turkey sausage. And yes 10 out of 10! The line was about 10m of getting vitamin D. Then 5 more minutes inside. The line was worth the wait. The regular coffee is a light roast but is very smooth on the pelt. The service getting your food is faster then standing in line so it was SOOO worth it! Smile as your waiting and make a new Friend.
I absolutely love this little spot. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and inviting. There's a quiet outdoor space for eating, with patio tables and umbrellas. I recommend going early for breakfast while it is still cool outside. I will definitely be coming back.
The waffles were great. Not sure I would spend 13 to 14. 00 one a waffle that is half an inch thick. I tried the Santa Fe or State fair. You can have fruit if you font want e inches of whip cream
This place is wonderful. The food, the service, the (outdoor) seating, I loved all of it. I came here two days in a row while I was on vacation.
When you arrive, the signs ask you to order at the counter before you claim a seat. I wasn't busy when I was there, so there was no problem with these instructions.
The service is primarily at the counter, and the staff were all really friendly. Because this is a counter service restaurant, there aren't any servers to check on you. The silverware, water, napkins, etc. are all self-service. And the signs ask you to leave your dishes on the table and the staff will clean up after you.
The food. Wow, the food. So delicious and so many awesome waffle creations, both savory and sweet. I'm more of a savory person so that's what I went with both times. Definitely try the chicken and waffle. The chicken is so tasty and fried to perfection. The mocha Mexicana was good as well.
I can't wait to come back to this place and would highly recommend it.
Shop local shoutout to a hidden gem just off Central in the Nob Hill area of ABQ. Variety of totally different waffles; who knew a waffle could be so diverse! From sweet to savory, to build your own, something for everyone! 10/10 would recommend!

Everything was delicious! Lots of shade in their outdoor seating. I like the variety of waffle and scramble combinations you can make.
Delicious savory waffle! Got blue corn for my batter, vegan sausage, goat cheese, avocado, calabacitas, and the mexican creme that is slightly spicy but very yummy. Their basic iced tea is delicious without sugar.
This is a great brunch spot. There was a line out the front door that door 20 minutes to wait in but it was worth it. We tried a savory and sweet and both were 😋
The service was great, love the atmosphere, super dog friendly, and a lot of spaces to sit (outside mostly)! Love this place! And my favorite is the excellent coffee options, great barista and choices! My fav is the Lavendar latte!!
First time visiting this restaurant. I ordered the Chicken and Waffle plate.I ordered it to go since I live within walking distance of it. Oh my goodness, I am trouble! 😃 The chicken was prepared perfectly and very juicy. The Waffle was divine. I will definitely be back!
