We found this place near our Hot Air balloon office by doing a Google search of "Best Breakfast near me". It was excellent! The staff were super friendly, the interior was spotless and the food was exceptional! I highly recommend.
I’m visiting from Michigan and as soon as we walked in the staff was friendly and prompt! We were seated quickly and Nathan, training with Nancy(?), did a great job answering questions on the menu and bringing our drinks quickly.

Always so good! Huge wait and we still got in and got our food in a timely manner. Staff goes out of their way for guests. The red and green Chile both have wonderful flavor!
