When to the Albion New York store.
Was excellent service and fresh donuts
And the new feature chocolate donut with white cream in between the two halves of the donuts like a whoopie pie
Was amazing and absolutely delicious
I bought 2. And tomorrow I will go back and get some more
Also. I bought the dog squeaky toys
And they are so adorable. And loved that the proceeds go to charity

Excellent Service. Clerks were courteous, knowledgeable and patient. They helped me select my dinner. I Love the Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich, Raspberry Iced Coffee w/ triple raspberry, triple sugar and triple cream, and All their Donuts!
Very nice store. Great customer service. They offered a comparable solution for a product when what was ordered wasn't in stock. Overall wonderful experience.
Generally all DD are fast great service I've never had big issue with any locations maybe had to have remake coffee once or twice in tons of visits
We found a nice little sitting area in front of a little fireplace very cozy and warm. And our donuts and my coffee were excellent, of course!

We're in town from Ohio visiting family for the week and we've made quite a few trips to this Dunkin' while here and each time we've had the best service of any Dunkin' we've ever been to! We always bring our dogs and treat them to munchkins and one morning Kaytie noticed and asked if we wanted to swap out the chocolate ones for the pups-- and the thoughtfulness was so unexpected and pleasant to start the morning. This morning, we went back, I had ordered ahead on the app. Amber shared that they only had 5 of the items we asked for and not 6 as we ordered. She swapped it out for a Boston cream. We asked if she could possible add sprinkles to it (our nephews favorite) and she went out of her way to put those sprinkles on. All in all, this location's customer service is above and beyond, exceptional :)
Must have been a new people only day. Both our orders were made wrong, over a 20 min wait. Drinks were free as compensation, even all mixed up. Many of my other visits have been wonderful. Everyone has a bad day now and then.
Spur of moment decision to stop for a coffee. Denise was friendly & accommodating getting me a cup of freshly brewed coffee with a senior discount & a coupon for 50% discount on next coffee purchase & free donut.
What more can you ask for. Pleasant surprise!!
I have been going there every day for a while now I boycotted tim hortons.dunkins staff is very aware of their customers,they are very friendly and make my coffee perfect every time.they know what I want as soon as I pull up to the teller. Just awesome service thank you!!!
