Store is run by lazy and incompetent staff. I’m waiting for my food and the lady comes out and just hands me part of my order, and then goes back in and I wait longer to get the rest of my food. Upon realizing I forgot to get 2 cups of ranch dipping sauce (me still in the parking lot circle around)…
No complaints here. Zaxbys is a comfort meal I must say. I came, I ate my chicken, and I left. Loved that y’all have the touch screen freestyle machine and that the flavors were stocked up mhm 😍. Workers were friendly service was fast and bathrooms were clean.
Order bone in wings with frie and toast and this is what I got. Didn't notice order until I got home. Totally upset and this is my second time going within 1hr. First order was boneless wings.

I don't frequent this place often but the cashiers are always friendly and the place is always clean.
The food is always delicious, but we have noticed the salads are not as full as they were prior to the shipping issues and recent inflation hike. Top picks are the grilled chicken Zalad and fried mushrooms 😋
I wouldn't even give this place one star, but had to for the review. Don't bother going to the drive thru...your order will not be right. Also, bring a bucket for the overflowing, leaky drinks they hand you. This used to be a great spot to grab dinner, but has really gone down hill.
Great, HOT, Zaxby's food! Convenient location with lots of shopping within the same shopping center. The Albemarle location's food is better than Asheboro's location. Stop in and dine with the Zaxby Team! Enjoy!
