Wait in line nearly 20 minutes. Wrong items provided. Subpar service.... Needs some management that knows how to run a fast food restaurant. Not wasting my money on this place again.

Burger was cold and drink was all carbonation. Ice cream machine was broke as well, is this McDonald's?!
Not good service,food subpar at best.I goto other Sonics in nearby towns and most if not all are alot better than the one in my town.Not sure if its management not training or employees that don't care Probably a combination of all the above.
The only down side to sonic is, it can be almost empty and still take about 50 mins + to get your food that is sometimes burnt or sometimes cold, missing or just wrong. They aren't always bad but you will wait a good minute for food that isn't always worth it..
Long wait & it wasn't busy adding to this review on another day that I used the app to order. I ordered a large sprite & had to wait after getting to restaurant still waiting over 15 mins on drink. Ridiculous! I'd give a 0 if available. I'm getting ready to leave & let them have my $1 42.
Not very pleased with it. The order taker cut me off while I was Ordering telling me to wait, then I had to wait more than ten minutes to get our order and of course it was wrong.
Great food, friendly service! And considering it was the middle of the 127 yard sale, I won't hold it against them.that they ran out of onion rings and ICE CREAM! Glad business was good!
