The lady was really rude upon entering. She was sitting behind the register where i could not see her. As soon as i walked through the door she says,"WHAT DO YOU WANT?!". im confused since i havent walked up or seen the menu, i proceed to walk in and she repeats herself giving me no time to think. I also think she overpriced my meal.

We always get food to go. Tasty Chinese food (mainly Cantonese) at a good price. We especially like the Mu Shu Chicken.

This weekend I had a bunch of people over and decided to go here for take out. I was not happy with the food and will not be going back. I remember it being better. I had some tofu dishes that were so hard that I couldn’t even chew it.

Always great service and hot fresh food. I have enjoyed the Pearl House for many years. Update! Today I ordered salt and pepper chicken wings and sat and waited for my order. When it arrived, it was incorrect. The lady argued with me about what I said! Who has time to argue about a simple error?! Didn't offer to redo or refund me at all! I am very disappointed. I will give them one more chance to get it right another time. I usually don't have a problem here.

I ordered from GrubHub for the first time from this restaurant. I ordered the Avocado smoothie. The smoothie was very good, but the service is very rude and unprofessional. I can see why they had no customers upon my arrival. Please do better with customer service.
