Fish taco, top right. Center plate black beans, pork taquitos with mole.
Food wast great! Fish taco was was flaky, in a good way. Flavor was spot on. Pork taquitos was meaty and had good crunch. Mole was flavorful.
Only thing that I would say is a downside is that the actual entrance is on Solano ave. Not the corner of San Pablo and Solano. The corner belongs to them and I can assume they open that area when they are busy. Maybe have a sign that shows the front entrance? If they have one already, I completely missed it.
Good place to have brunch. Good and fast service. We will come back soon.
A bright, pleasant, casual Mexican place with excellent, homemade quality food. We've visited for lunch several times but haven't worked through the entire menu yet. Street tacos, pupusas, and vegetarian options are all tasty. I was slightly disappointed in the carnitas, which was plentiful but lacking that delicious crunchy surface texture. Beer and wine now available. Service is cheerful and efficient. As the business gets up and running, I hope they will get a few more furnishings to make their rather stark space a bit more cozy.
I love La Crema, because the meals they cook taste like authentic Mexican food. When I eat there, I remember my beautiful Mexico City. And oh ! They make an amazing Blueberry pancakes they're so yummy and delicious 😋
