The quality of dominos has severely decreased in the past year, today was the last straw for me. I ordered a pizza at 8:02 on a Friday, we figured it will definitely be busy it’s a Friday. Two hours later our order is delivered, no worries, we get it. I’m 8 months pregnant and I immediately can smell the stench of BBQ sauce. Open my pizza to see it is covered, literally drenched in BBQ sauce which we did not order. I called, man on the phone offered to send out a new one would be by in 45 mins. We accept a replacement and wait. I then watch the dominos tracker and see they literally pass our house to deliver other orders. I would say priority is the order you messed up and had wait for two hours but that’s just me. Don’t recommend unless they change their store and workers somehow. Their driver who first delivered (John), is amazing! Always so sweet and polite. Tip John double if he’s your driver, he deserves it!

This location is always very nice, the staff are always very helpful and attentive. They’ve been a little low staffed, who isn’t right now? So I always am trying to be extra positive. The pizza is always hot and never not on time! I once had to cancel my order because I was on a tight schedule and one of the employees helped me delete my order with a push of a button! :D

I ordered a simple pizza, alfredo sauce and salami and when it arrived all the toppings were off the pizza and smashed all over the box. The pizza wasn't even cut. When I called the store, who ever I spoke to, was a total jerk. I will never order from this location again.

You can always count on them to mess up even the simplest orders. Attention to detail tends to be at an all time low.. the fact that I don’t even adjust an order, I just take it as is, and you still manage to mess it up.. not only that but so much lack of attention that you didn’t even see that in the notes there was a ten dollar bill for a tip under the mat, and which we made sure you could see it and you didn’t even grab that. Good riddance cause it wasn’t worth a buck that we paid.

I decided to place a order online. It's been a long time since having Domino's. And no option to cancel after finding out the wait was 110 minutes. I had to wait 1hr 40 minutes. I called the restaurant to cancel (number listed, said call if there is a problem). Tried finding a cancel order option online. And guess what they just let that number ring. Because when I went in to pick up since there is no way to cancel online. They let one phone just ring and never answered it. Because they probably knew they wanted to cancel their order.
The worker's where great. Except if they can talk about what is on their phone and show each other. They can answer the endless ringing phone. I won't order again. I will stick to my normal place. They pick up the phone.

Always good to do business with a sharp professional who's really at the top of her game. Since I was on the road I had occasion to sit in the car and wait for the pizza and pasta primavera to be prepared. That gave me a chance to see your crew in action. Do I have it right that the manager is the young woman that actually took our order well you wouldn't know who that is. But when I say the young woman who seems to be quite willing to charge in a kind manner is probably the manager.. It's as if she was the guiding force there. So I tip my hat to you again. Domino's so consistent it seems since we're in the middle of moving we've been eating at your establishment every night. Thanks very much for cooking.

ordered a pizza online for pickup and after paying, it showed a 1.5 hour wait. whatever, they're busy. the 1.5 hours goes by and the pizza hasn't even started preparation yet. try to call the place, get forwarded to an India customer rep, who puts me on hold to call the Albany store. The person apologizes saying the store won't pick up and they can't do anything over on their end.
drive to the location after 2 hours now, and they say my order will start in 30 minutes. cancelled the order and got a refund. too bad I didn't get my time back, which is apparently unimportant to Dominos.
Ended up ordering from Woodstock's in Corvallis which was an infinitely better decision. This location needs to hire and pay more staff or close it down.

Pizza is always delicious but a word of caution. As everyone else has expressed you will be waiting at least an hour for your pizza. So my advice is plan ahead if your going to order here.
