We usually love Applebee's but had such poor service last weekend. Waitress was too busy chatting with friends at the bar to take care of us. We had to ask 3 times for extra napkins before we got them. Had to ask other wait staff for appetizer plates and staws. No refills until it was time to leave. We wanted desert but couldn't get her attention so we skipped it. Food was amazing though.

I think this was my best and favorite experience at an Applebee's! Our server Frankie was quick and friendly. I would recommend this location over Salem. All locations have good food though in my opinion and decently priced!

Went for my sister's birthday lunch with a party of 6. Waiter took order brought food and NEVER came back for anything to our table. Never asked if we needed anything or refills, I needed a spoon for my toddler and had to go to kitchen to ask after waiting for 10 minutes to see if she would come or I could wave her down. Food was ok but the service was so bad enough to never go again. She was going to every single table to ask but ours. Needed boxes to go had to ask someone she never even came with the check I had to figure it out on the screen thing. I've never EVER had worst service. I know it was lunch I know it was busy but to not one time check on us let alone bring us the check or ask anything is ridiculous. My mom even got up to get a Togo box not even then did anyone come ask us if we needed anything. We literally paid for food and got no service helped ourselves for it all. And YES I still tipped....

Nice meal with long time friends. The Blue Hawaiian was refreshing albeit a bit spendy. Waitress Uriah was kind and attentive. Overall nice dinner experience
