Starbucks - Albany - Photo album

Ordered on the app yesterday 4/2/22 and my card was charged but when I got there the location was CLOSED. Not my reg location, but app ordering should be shut off if location is closed. BAD MANAGEMENT!

Stopped in for a quick refill on our drinks. This place was okay. Fairly clean, nice folks behind the counter. It has a drive thru, plus indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor area was kept very clean, and you have umbrellas to block the sun and give you some shade. Overall good location.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable overall. The downside with Starbucks is that you get to know so many of the staff and then 6-8 months later they are leaving; going to another store; of have just finished their education and moving on to other careers.
